1. Full payment is required when services are rendered. This allows us to continue to provide our clients with high quality veterinary service at affordable prices. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card), checks, and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. We can provide estimates for all surgeries and cases that require hospitalization. If you have not received an estimate you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges. However, estimates are just that and may change as the case progresses. We will do our best to keep you updated if we believe your bill will exceed an estimate. In some cases we may require an initial payment (percentage of the estimate) prior to admission to the hospital.
